North opens 1 and East bids 1. South doubles and West bumps to 2, which passes around to South. South bids at least 3, or something a little stronger like a double, but it's possible NS miss the game here, even if South bids 4.
As it happens, this works out so well that there's only the one loser of the A! Some crossruffing is needed before all the trump are pulled, but it all works out.

If partner can take a joke, East is in the right seat at the right colors to preempt this 2. South passes, and West probably raises to 4 (maybe only 3, depending on how aggressive a preemptor partner is known to be) as kind of a 50/50 sacrifice/hope to make bid. That puts a lot of pressure on North, but he probably does go ahead and bid 4. South likes the sound of that and West hopes to maybe beat it, so it looks like that's that. (Note that NS could do better by defending 4X, but that's really hard to get to.)
Here in 4, everything works out nicely - declarer loses the 2 tricks, but as long as he finds the Q, which should become pretty obvious on the play of and and East's dearth of values in those places, that's it for losers.

South passes and West probably also passes. North opens 1, and East overcalls 1NT. South passes, West bids Stayman to check for a fit, but when East doesn't have , West just bids 3NT.
Turns out that are one of the biggest sources of tricks on this hand! Declarer gets 3, (up to) 3, 2, and 2; and then since South on lead can't go after and gets squeezed on the , there's another trick for declarer in probably a small .

West opens 1 and North passes. East bids 1 and South overcalls 2. West splinters into 4, and North could bid 5 but may not, based on the colors. Instead, East should see bright flashing "SLAM" signs in his eyes - this is starting to feel like a hand that has a ton of tricks based on shape. So he cuebids the A at 4, and when West tries to sign off in 4 (because he doesn't have control), East keeps going because he does have control! East asks for Keycards, finds West with 2 (maybe even 2 with the void, if systems allow), and bids 6. If he does know about the void, he might even consider 7. If North does bid 5, East can just continue with 5, West tries to sign off in 5, and East bids the slam. Or East just bids 6 over 5.
Sure enough, all 13 tricks are readily available! Pretty nice on "only" 21 HCP!

North opens 1 and East passes. South bids 1, and West overcalls 2. North passes with a minimum and not 3-card support, so East is not terribly excited about these and passes. South has to decide whether to compete or not - and since he's got such nice middle cards in , he might take a stab at 2, even knowing partner has at most 2-card support. It seems like West would go ahead with 3 (or double, which East puts in 3) over that and now we might have found the end of the auction.
The defense has a chance to beat this, but they'll have to get off to a trump lead ASAP - either at the beginning or when in with the AK. Then they can force declarer to lose 3 and 2 - but that's better for West than the 2 that NS could have made!

East passes, South passes, and West opens 1NT (maybe 1 planning to rebid 2NT, but that Jx isn't really pulling its weight.) North passes and East transfers to . If West can show a 3-card superaccept, he will, but not a lot of partnerships have that ability, so more likely is that he just bids 2 and East leaves him there.
But game would have worked - declarer just loses 2 and 1.

AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

South opens 1NT and West might pipe up with his (like with a DONT double to start). North can probably still transfer to in either case, and South would superaccept that, so North probably tries 3NT.
There actually are several chances for the defense to beat this, but they may not. If declarer is given a chance to set up while he still has a and/or stopper, then he can pull in 1, 6, and 3. But fortunately for West, his partner has a honor, and he can lead low and eventually get the all set up - and he probably will take that chance since he has the 2 other sure entries.

AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

West passes and North opens 1. East passes and South starts with 1. North jumps to 2NT, South checks on with 3, and North bids 3NT.
Almost all the finesses are working for North here, so he wins 3 (since the T8 falls doubleton), 3, 3 (since the T falls doubleton, but in reality probably only 2), and 2 eventual - but some of those tricks might evaporate on different lines of play.
